We've made a minor update to both the Home and Search sections of ShiftNote to make communicating with your team even easier! Before the update you could see entries that were unread or that were filtered based on a search, but you could not see the entire conversation thread that resulted from that entry. Now you should be able to expand an entry to read an entire conversation thread if one exists. If a conversation was started based on an entry, you will see the "Read entire conversation" link under the entry. Simply click this link to expand the entire thread.
