We've got a couple new features to share with you this week!
If you're using the Bulletin Board without the Scheduling piece, employees can now choose to turnon/off notifications for certain alerts in ShiftNote.To do so, go to the Account link under your name in the left hand corner of ShiftNote. Scroll down to the notifications section, and choose what items you would like to be notified for.
We've had many requests to be able to print schedules by position instead of alphabetical order. Because of these requests we've added a feature in the Schedules > Settings area that will allow you to choose how you would like your schedules to print. Once you modify these settings, you will need to re-publish a schedule in order to see the changes.
We've added a more detailed Schedule Summary Report in the Schedules Reporting area. When you select Schedule Summary from the reporting dropdown menu, and choose your filters, a PDF will generate that displays the schedule, labor hours and labor cost.
